Shipping policy

You pay no shipping costs at Sneaxx (minimum order amount €200) for delivery addresses within Europe!

If you choose a regular shipping method and the total value of your order is €200 or more, your order will be shipped free of charge. Should it be the case that the total value is less than €200, then €7.95 (€14.95 for EU countries) in shipping costs will be added. Further factors also play a role in the amount of your shipping costs, should you choose a non-standard shipping method or wish to use a unique service which of itself may also incur additional costs.

Shipping and delivery

If you place and pay for your order before 8 p.m. on weekdays, we will ship it the same day. In addition, Sneaxx always gives you a 2-year warranty and 60-day right of return!

Sneaxx will ship your package with UPS or DPD. If you order before 8 p.m. on business days and pay by iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, or Bancontact/Mistercash, your order will be delivered the next business day. This is the case for 96% of shipments, but unfortunately not guaranteed for 100%.

Missed delivery

If you are not at home, UPS/DPD first tries to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this fails, the deliverer will leave a message for you. UPS/DPD will return the next working day with your package.

Does the second time also fail to deliver your package? Then we will store it for you at a UPS/DPD location near you. You then have one week to collect the parcel. After that, UPS/DPD will return it to the sender. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to us and we have the right to withhold €15 from the amount you receive back.

Tip: Don't forget to bring valid identification when you pick up your package. UPS/DPD may not give the package to you otherwise.

Tracking your order

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us in which you will find a Track-and-Trace code of UPS/DPD . You can use this number to keep an eye on where your package will be at that time. On the UPS/DPD website you can easily enter your track-and-trace code, after which you will immediately see the status of your package.

Pick up your order

It is possible to pick up your order from our location in Joure. This must be done by appointment. It is possible to pay by debit card or in cash.

VAT and import duties

The final order prices include VAT and customs duties for all EU countries. For the United Kingdom other non-EU countries, customs duties are not included in the final price, except for Ireland and Northern Ireland, where they are already included.
