Refund policy

Not entirely satisfied with your order? Returning or exchanging it at Sneaxx is possible! We use different methods for different purposes. You can return your order (indicate the reason for your return) within 60 days of receiving the product. After notification, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products.

Another reason for return may be a defective product, a different procedure applies. If you have received defective items (DOA), we will pay the shipping costs of the new delivery.

Returning within 60 days

We ask you to write your order number clearly and visibly on the outside of the parcel.

You have the right to notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 60 days of receipt without giving reasons. However, we recommend making this known to avoid any unnecessary returns.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate the decision to return to us. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account, the package must therefore be sufficiently stamped. You can return to:

Please contact us via email at info@sneaxx.com to request a UPS return label. Do not create a return label yourself.

By providing the return label, we can ensure the shipment is handled correctly and prevent potential issues related to customs clearance, duties, or delays.

Return conditions

Returns are no problem at all, yet we impose some conditions here:
1. We ask you to register your return within the 60-day reflection period
2. Pack the items well (always use good outer boxes and padding)
3. Please return with original product packaging if reasonably possible
4. All tags (factory tags, extra laces, extra cards and any other included items) must be attached to the product!
5. If you wish a full refund, it is important that the order is undamaged/unworn. If the order is damaged/worn we may charge a fee
6. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You should therefore handle the products with care
7. The right of return applies to consumer purchases, not business purchases

Refund and return costs

If you return your order, all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (from us to you; excluding return costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by cheapest standard delivery offered by us) promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery (from us to you) will not be refunded.

Return costs: €7

Upon receipt of your order in our store, your return/exchange will be processed within 14 days.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You will be sent an e-mail confirming the processing of your return.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it.

After this 6-hour window, your order will have entered our processing workflow, and we will charge a €15 cancellation fee to cover administrative and handling costs already incurred.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may still return the order following our standard return policy.
